everywhere is clean, people friendly and helpful, smiling, serious and professional about what they are doing. Whatever I bought
from any Japanese city they are all high quality. I am impressed, and telling this to all my people and friends.
Currently I am driving a Honda CRV. But Intended to buy a brand new Lexus.
I, first time have a disappointment about a Lexus and I wanted to give Toyota a free feedback. But I cannot find an email to write to them.
It is impossible. Such an unbelivable country, a great brand, a great car, but they have no mail address for such things. Looks like you are
under the same roof of Lexus. If you are not the right person to listen this story, please try to find and pass this kind mail to the right person.

It is about Lexus Hybrid NX 300h AWD, an SUV new model car.
Lexus produced a good model. It is expensive, around 70.000 AUD. A lot of useful functions. But:
1- Horrible Dashboard for a new model Lexus. Old style. An analog clock in the middle. (in the digital century)
2- The gear looks too old. It has a leather bottom. Not modernâ¦
3- The screen is on the top of the dashboard. Looks like a temporary iPad staying there. It should be buried into the dashboard.
4- Nice sound system, but controls are in the deep and behind the gear. Kind of lostâ¦
5- Push-start button is on the left. This is too wrong, must be on the right like Toyotaâs. People using keys on the right, so this is a habit.
I hope Lexus considers those points and fixes the future cars.
