Good afternoon Richard Fairbank. My name is Stephen and I am currently a – Richard Fairbank email address

Stephen  sent a message to Richard Fairbank Chairman and CEO, Capital One Email Address that said:

Good afternoon Richard Fairbank.
My name is Stephen Gayle and I am currently a member that is not satisfied with the level of service that I am receiving from Capital One credit cards. I am being treated as though I am a criminal, no respect and as though my membership is not appreciated. My account was frozen on february 11th, 2015 and up to now I was not informed as to why my account was frozen. After being treated with lack of respect nor care by the customer care, I still forward my social, utility bill and my drivers license from a Capital One branch , by a Capital One agent as requested. I am frustrated and feel as though I am being giving the run around as I being asked for the same information that was already submitted. Please keep in mind that I have made multiple attempts to address this matter but no progress. I would like to know that my business is appreciated and if my account is frozen, privilege me as to why this happened. I have been a member for a long time and have always applauded this bank above their competitors, and this is why I was surprised when I was being treated like a criminal. I don't feel like my interest was being protected in what ever investigation is taking place and for this I am dissatisfied to say the least. please keep in mind that this is a prepaid credit card with my personal money that I had plans for. I did open this account from a Capital one branch and from a customer's point of view if you can open the account from the branch then you should be able to validate and close the account from the branch, or do anything related to this account from the branch. I contacted the Capital One ten or more times about this matter but for some reason only four times was noted.
It would be greatly appreciated if this matter was looked into as it is a great inconvenience to me and my everyday activity.
Sincerely. Stephen
