Hello Mr. Murren, I wanted to express my disappointment with your recent decision to start – James J Murren email address

Hello Mr. Murren,

I wanted to express my disappointment with your recent decision to start charging for parking at your resorts. I have a trip planned for May of this year and upon expressing my disappointment to your guest relations letting them know that I would be canceling my THREE rooms (valued at over $800.00) their reply was - "We are sorry you feel that way, we regret losing your business". So that basically told me that my money means nothing to you and that you are willing to lose $800.00 over valet fees of $17.00 a day. I'm only staying two nights - so for $34.00 you are willing to lose $800.00. I really hope this decision will impact your business. I consider this to be all greed and I'm choosing not to deal with corporations who choose money over their customers. You will not find me in any of your hotels with this policy in effect. I really hope you reconsider your position on this increase.
