Your new system demands a social security number which, being British, I do not have.
I have just spent 29 minutes on the telephone being told that your new system will not allow me to operate my account on line ever again and I am now blocked out of the online system.
Surely Macy's is a 21st century company and can find a solution to this relatively minor issue.
