Hello. I need to make a complaint in regards to your company. I made a claim on 01/19/16 and was told my deductible was $175. I then told the representative that I would call back to make the payment in a couple of days. I went on line on 01/22/16 to proceed with my claim and filled out all the info including payment info. Went I went to hit submit it gave me an error so I didn't think the payment went through. I then called and tried to do it over the phone with a representative nad she said it gave her the same error message. However the money was taken from my acct but you all are claiming that it wasn't. I have given proof that it was take out my acct and I still have no phone. On 01/22/16 I was told to call back on 01/27/16 and it should be resolved. Call on 01/27/16 and was told to call back in 48 hours to see if it was resolved. This is very unprofessional if your company to treat customers like this. I have been with tmobile for over 10 years and have to pay for insurance every month and this is what I have to go through to get a phone. I have tried to leave a complaint on the website and it's trash. It won't even submit, so that means the website is not working properly. Some one needs to get this fixed asap. Thank you
