Dear Mr. Toyoda:

I live in Mexico and have a 2008 Toyota Camry XLE V6 which has suffered from the exact same melting dashboard problem the has caused the "Customer Support Program" - ZE6 in the USA, (T-CP-ZE6-A110-D and/or T-SB-0039-15) in fact, my car was manufactured there too, but Toyota Mexico officials have been denying the support program to us Mexican customers, even when i tried to ask for support, i used to considerToyota a great car manufacturer, for its quality and customer support , but Toyota Mexico Officials are doing an enormous disservice to the brand by treating us mexicans as second class customers, please help us believe in the brand again, replace the defective dashboards like the ones of the USA Customers.
