I embarked on an adventure, to find a new house, rehab it and start a new life. The first thing I bought was a spade from Sears in Austin, Tx, to check the soil at the house I bought. It BENT the first time I used it. Not tempered, not useable. A Craftsman!!! I should have known better, but I ordered two more items from Sears.com before I realized this isn't Sears anymore. A Sony radio that can't hold a station more than 60 seconds, and a clothesline that arrived damaged, unreturnable, and when I finally found a route to complain (through PayPal), I got a snotty response and refusal to honor my request. NEVER AGAIN! I want my money back.You are a bad boss, and Sears is a #badbusiness!!!
