Dear Mr. White,I would like for you to contact me after I try to – Michael D White email address

Cynthia sent a message to Michael D. White, President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer DIRECTV, Inc. that said:

Dear Mr. White,
I would like for you to contact me after I try to condense my complaint with some of your employees. In September 2015, I requested the installation of Direct TV. We only requested a simple service but wanted to include LMN. We did not request Hopper, the means to record anything. So, this should have removed about $15 off the bill. We also inquired about the letter from Direct with the $200 Visa. They ended up telling us three different time that they would schedule a change out of receivers. During these hour long conversation, because of the Visa, the removal of hopper we should not have a bill for about 6 months. When I received my credit card bill and saw $121.22, I was really upset. Called your employees again. One of them getting on the defensive with my Husband. He even said that he couldn't find in the notes that the receiver was suppose to be exchanged. They had even charged us with HBO, we did not order that either. They asked why didn't we call to cancel. I don't watch it, why should I be the one to call and cancel something that I did not order. We talked with a supervisor, Richard yesterday and he said he would give us a $100 off the cancellation via email, haven't seen that yet either. I reminded the supervisor that while waiting on hold to speak to someone, it says that conversations will be recorded. I asked him to go back and listen to all the recordings so he will know who is telling the truth. His reply is that NOT ALL conversations are recorded. So I should not be charged any cancellation fee for all of the lies we have been told.
Thanks Cynthia
