1/20.2016 and 1st Order placed. Received email that there was – Marvin R Ellison email address

stephen sent a message to Marvin R. Ellison President of J. C. Penney Company Inc.- email address that said:
Received email that there was a problem. I called and spoke with Customer Service as I saw the items still available and told they would be in the following day. Then, I received an email stating they were canceled. I went online and saw that they were still being shown and available to add to bag. Called again and person told me they were not available.
Received the Valance shortly after.
Today, I looked again, items STILL showing, I called and a Customer Rep and she created another order replaced the canceled part of the order. Almost immediately I got an email that an item was canceled. Through all this, JCP did not restore any of the Rewards points. Do you not know what stock you have and what you don't. This is the most aggravating order. I am inclined to put everything I have bought, about $400.00 worth of merchandise and return it all and shop elsewhere. Not a pleasant experience on my part.
