Dear Mr. Claure,
The "Sprint Connection Optimizer" feature on my HTC ONE M8 HK cannot be disabled. It seems to be a glitch in the software since the checkbox can be de-selected. However the action does not turn off the above mentioned feature. I called Sprint support and obviously they blame this on HTC. When I called HTC I was told that all the changes they make are tested and approved by Sprint...Please have the appropriate department correct this issue.
