I am a frequent flier who travels on your airline many times over and i had the worst experience ever with my luggage on january 28 2016 i took a flight from Atlanta GA to NewYorkCity my luggage was put on a flight 2 pieces together some how only one bag made it to NYC my flight arrived in NYC at 10:40AM and as of 9:40PM i still had not recovered my luggage and NO ONE at SouthWest was able to track my bag and tell me where my bag was at all i got was the run around from several Southwest employees and was told that in the year 2016 that your airline did not have a system set up to track my bag so as i write byou this letter im still waiting for some resolve in finding my long lost bag i hope and pray that atleast i can get a call back from some one in Southwest coorporate office to please explainto me why my experience was so much my worst disasterand nightmare traveling with your Airline
