I need your help in resolving an issue that has been dragging on since September 2015. My daughter was in an accident and the car was taken to your dealership in Buford,Georgia for repairs. Needless to say here we are in Feb 2016 and the car is still not right. They missed a bent rear axle during initial repairs and now neither Auto Nation nor Nation Wide Insurance will take responsibility for the error. I need my car repaired soon! It has been a major inconvenience being without and having to borrow cars for 5 months. Can you PLEASE make this situation right?
