Dear Sir,
I've been enjoying buying and wearing products made by your company.
But recently I was very disappointed by lack of professionalism of Ralph Lauren Customer Support.
I requested from Customer Support information about Fill Power of Duck Down used in Polo Ralph Lauren Quilted Trek Jacket which I purchased in January 2016 in local Macy*S store. I sent to Customer Support all requested information about the item and after more than two weeks of emails with Customer Support the final answer was that information about this item could not be found.
I'm asking you to delegate this issue to somebody on your management team.
