I was in your Naples,FL store today and made a small purchase. My receipt shows an email address to provide feedback. It leads nowhere. I call your customer service number, wait approximately 12 minutes, and the woman that answers tells me that there is no email contact for feedback. All well and good, but why print an address for something that doesn't exist, only serving to annoy an already unhappy customer.
Your associate decided that it was good idea to put the stainless steel canister that I bought along with another item without any paper wrap put around the canister. When I noticed this I went back into the store and another clerk turned her nose up in the air , looked me up and down, then looked in my bag and said" that isn't breakable" to which I replied " no, but it is scratchable". She then literally threw 2 picks of white paper at me presumably to wrap my purchase myself.
I waited more than 10 minutes for the only cashier working to ring my sale..
Only a couple of miles away is Sur Le Table. I can tell you that Ill never step foot into a Williams Sonoma store or any related company store ever again.
