Today I used you company's app for the first time. I downloaded the app because your shopping website didn't work very well on my IPhone 6 Plus. Just before Christmas I had surgery. Then I had complications. So I've had to shop online extensively for everything from dog food to women's clothing. Have you actually ever used your app? Unfortunately it's quite cumbersome. I'm a life long JC Penny customer. In fact the petite section used to be my exclusive place to shop for my clothes. But I'll save that discussion for latter. Basically, I want JC Penny's to continue to be successful. But you must take action to fix your Ecommerce or you won't be able to be competitive in the market. If you have any questions, Thank you for your consideration.
