I have paid for a username change 3 weeks ago, im still waiting for a username change, i have emailed support and ll im told my name has been changed on the databse. but the problem is, my username hasnt changed in game.
I have asked support why, all im told is the issue has been sent to a specialist.. question is why the hell cant they deal with this issue of simply changing my username in game, why does it take so long?
i contacted you becuase as a long term player of both wot and wows i feel support is just shrugging people off, they wont even tell me when the name change in game will be fixed, all i keep getting told is be patient, but its bene three weeks!! please have a word with the EU manager, customers feel as though they are being pushed aside..
please, all i want is my username change in game to be activate, not just on the database but actually in game, thats what i paid for.
thanks for creating such a good game, i just wish eu support was more friendly.
