Bryan sent a message to Saun Bruce W Van ,Chief Executive Officer, Citizens Bank RBS Citizens Email Address that said:

My name is Bryan......I am very upset with you guys. You guys have been charging my Credit card monthly for $19.99 for something that I did not authorized. I have contacted your office on two different occasion to get this to stop and more importantly; get my $40.00 back that you guys have taken. I have spent a lot of money with you guys over the years. You state that you appreciate your customers but they were only willing to give me back 1/2 of my money $20.00. I want it all back. I work hard for money and it is very important to me. For some reason your company is taking this likely. Well I don't. I would like have a conversation with Mr. Andrew House but understand that he has people in place to deal with this kind of thing. The "manager" I spoke with today (Mr. Micheal M) because he would not give me his last name; told me that if I dispute the charges with the bank that my account with you guys will be shut down completely. Now how is this fair? How is this considered to be good customer services? Will this $20.00 that belongs to me make or break you company; I think not, but it makes a difference to me. I don't go to work everyday to give my money away to anyone. Not even play station. I will continue to write and post on every blog and website I can find regarding this issue unless you guys decide to do the right thing. This is not right. Is there someone in this company with integrity.
