Yesterday I spent 30 minutes on trying to make contact with a live person at DTE. On the 800 number I waited for 10 minutes but not sure I was even in any que since no music or repetitive announcements came on. On live chat I was number 13 in que and after 10 minutes I was number 8 and gave up. I spent another 10 minutes looking for a way to email and finally found a complaint email, which I sent but have not gotten the standard reply that I will get a reply after 24 hours. I would like to get my $200 and the $12 fee Chase charged me for bouncing your check.
