I have been consistently sitting on hold with your customer service reps for amounts of 28 and 40 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I am trying to get a claim paid for $25,000.00 for a patient of ours from back in May, 2015 with no help from your employees. I did an appeal and was assured that this would be paid. I finally did an appeal with the State of Wisconsin and will see where this gets me. Your company used to have competent workers and would help me get my claims paid but it seems the last year its gone down hill. Too bad!!
