Good day Mr. Scharf! I'm writing you from Kazakhstan, where at this moment Visa is making a contest and cheating people with results! I suppose that in such countries as Kazakhstan Visa hires partner company to make a contest, so this company is cheating with this! They piked up own "insider" as a winner and for the rest people only gave a name of this person without any evidence from their side. I've already sent some emails to the Visa head office, but didn't get any responce, that's why this email is a last chance to get some justice! Please don't ingnore this email!
