Dear Mr Immelt,
Greetings;
I'm an electrical engineering professional with skillsets and experience that fully match several of your advertised positions .
I have been regularly applying to such positions for quite some time , but everytime I have received a rejection, without reason.
I have been a top performer in renowned MNCs all through my career.
With companies like GE, I expect fair treatment and atleast an interview call, when there is a full profile and qualifications match.
Please help me understand whether the advertised positions are only an eye-wash to ensure that due paperwork is done , while candidates are selected from other sources.
Or is it that management is not aware of this issue.
