Elaine sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation that said:
Dear Honorable Sir
Through severe family issues and checks did not go through, this is my fault. I had a 2015 Toyota Highlander and it was repossessed. My heart broke because I couldn't get it back and Toyota financial was no help and sometimes rude. They are taking for an auction from the place they had it towed on Monday. I am so sorry Your Honor I lost my best car ever through stupidity.
