I want to tell you what a horrible experience we had in your restaurant yesterday. I can honestly say that I have not had such a bad meal in as long as I can remember. My husband and I stopped in and were told there was a 10 minute wait and were handed a pager. We sat at the bar and ordered a drink while we waited. We saw 4 couples who came in after us be seated so my husband went to find out why. We were told that the pager was broken although we knew if wasn't because it went off when she handed it to us. We finally got seating after complaining to the manager. Keep in mind that over half of the tables were empty when we arrived but were not cleaned off. Finally we were seated and ordered appetizers which came out right away however we had to wait to ask for silverware and napkins. We ordered our food my husbands burger was overcooked, and my shrimp and french fries were cold. The manager had sent over wine for us for the seating issue which we appreciate however the food was totally unexceptable. We just paid the bill and left as we had no intentions of staying there longer. We have not been in this restaurant in at least 5 years but I will tell you it will be the last time. As I read the reviews before sending this email I have some advise for you as a patron and business owner you need to make some changes or this restaurant will never survive.
