Auto- Owners has been our insurance company for our home for many years. WE NO LONGER want your company to insure our home, we have switched to Travelers. The reason for the switch is because of how poorly we have been treated by your Lawrenceville, Ga office. Agent Shelley Osborne and Manager Adam Brown. They will not return phone calls from me or the medical agencies. My son was in an accident in July where another Auto- Owners customer pulled out in front of him. By the grace of God on one was killed. It was the other parties fault and as of yet we have not received a settlement. We are paying the bills out of our pocket, because the medical agencies involved are threating to turn us over to collections. Our agent we who handles our Auto- Owners insurance also called and emailed the Lawrenceville office over a month ago. As of Tuesday, February 2nd he still had not received a reply from anyone in that office. And people wonder why most Americans loathe Insurance Companies and their agents. I have a two person cleaning business and my husband has a three person masonry business. We don't run our businesses that way and don't expected to be treated the way your company has treated us. I will be filing a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner of Georgia. Do you have any suggestions? We have tried everything we know of except contacting a lawyer.
