I purchased a pair of gym shoes, size 7, and it came in a box marked size 7 but the shoes were size 7-1/2. All of the documentation was for size 7. These shoes must have been returned and no one checked that the wrong size was in the box. This is poor quality control on the part of J.C. Penney. After contacting your customer service by phone and trying 3 times to contact your on-line customer service and couldn't because of the high volume, I wanted to bring this to your attention. I am a Kohl's customer and ordered these shoes from your company because Kohls didn't carry them. I am very frustrated because I received no satisfaction and probably will not shop at J.C. Penney again.
