Dear Sir, I am a new customer to Scrip Express.I have already talked to – George Paz email address

Coy sent a message to George Paz €“ Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Express Scripts Holding email address that said:

Dear Sir, I am a new customer to Scrip Express.I have already talked to one of your employees who said she was in charge.She said nothing could be done about my problem. You see it takes up to 8 days for my medication to reach me. I needed mine refilled right away because I have high blood pressure and there is always a possibility of problems , maybe even a stroke with out my medication.The problem was I needed to fill my prescription locally and could not even do that because of a policy or rule that I cant .So your lady canceled all of our prescriptions. Then I had to call my doctor again and have my prescription called in to a local pharmacy. Im sorry but this is not customer friendly.Now I have another problem.A mistake was made on my wifes prescription by my doctor , but even though he has called in twice it never gets changed. Company policy will not allow any prescription to be sent seperately. They all have to be sent together or you dont get any of them.These are problems that really cause hardship for a lot people. I would really appreciate your help with a solution to these problems. Thankyou Coy
