I purchased a 65 Samsung TV from costco.com on Jan 13, 2014. Delivered on January 22, 2014.
On February 1, 2016 the TV was "dead".
Costco offers the extended one year warranty after manufacturers expires. Two year warranty.
After contacting Costco concierge, and samsung I am still without a TV. Part on back order not certain when it will arrive. Missed super bowl and all other shows on my new TV.
I would like to return this TV for another unit was told by Costco "out of warranty" sorry???? Really we are talking about a couple of weeks out of warranty on a product over $1,500.
I find this unacceptable from Costco who stands by their products. I need your help very frustrated at this point. Thank you for your response
