Sir, I am contacting you because I have exhausted all means of attempting to resolve my problem concerning the purchase of a 2015 nissan altima on January 19, 2016. I currently have 1500 miles on my car now in which 35 miles was on it at the time of purchase. Every individual that I have spoken with was very rude and nasty, beginning from the service department all the way up to the switch board operator in your office. No one is willing to try and resolve my issues. At this time I am so disgusted that I will never by another nissan and will be giving a news interview on Friday concerning all individuals involved. Everyone was also informed that the calls were recorded to show how customers are being treated. It appears that all this company wants to do is sell a car and nothing else. Thank you very much.
