This comes with having a great store manager and a district manager willing to see the stores under her succeed. Not dictating via email. District managers should have floor experience and when visiting one of their stores, be in tennis shoes willing to help on the floor. Not in high heels pointing out everything wrong with no support. This causes a high turnover in employees and a bad name or place to work. Which causes customers to have no positive experience or desire to return. Word of mouth is very powerful.

Personally, more training is required to motivate the people who work for this company.. Not sure you can teach someone to be positive or realistic at a district level if they are not being supported either.. Frustrated
