Dear Mr Hainer, during business class we recently read through your sustainability report and discussed it as a group. we all agree that most of the points that you made were rather generic and could be found on any companies report in order to enhance their reputation and create consumer confidence. As a collective we are curious as to the actions you are actually taking to fulfill the claims on your report. for example what are you doing in order to further innovation and sustainability in your product range?
