Dennis sent a message to Akio Toyoda, President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation that said:
Mr. Akiio Toyoda, I have contacted you in the past and you help resolve my problem with my 2013 corolla S defective paint on hood. Today I am asking for youe assittance incontacting Lexus customer service I have been calling foe the past two weeks. I explained my preoblem with my SC 430 the customer service rep said they would get back to me never thid. requested supervisor call me they never did , after being told that I supervisor would call in one day that was a week ago. I have been contacting Lexus customer since 1998 with successsful results . Please help me get my problems solved with my Lexus cars........thank you Dennis
