As a long time customerr= of Susquehanna Bank, I am so disappointed since BBT took over. Why does it take your employees 2-3 times longer to do a transaction that it did as Susquehanna. An employee sent the cannister back to the only other person at the drive thru and disappeared.. With no one else but me, why did I wait at the drive thru for 17 minutes before anyoine processed my transaction? I waited 5 minutes and saw no one inside the bank. I pressed the "Call Teller" button and a young lady came to the window and I explained that I wanted to make sure they knew I was there. Another 10 minutes passed and I pressed the button again. She returned and I explained that if I had to wait much longer, I'd go elsewhere and she promptly sent my transaction back. I went to another branch and eas taken care of within 5 minutes. At the first branch, I peeked in the front door upon exiting and there was no one in line to be serviced, Why wa I left waiting????
