joseph sent a message to Marcelo Claure- the chief executive officer of Sprint Corporation- email address that said:
Hello mr.Claure my name is joseph. I recently switched to sprint from boost because i thought it was a good investment! I recently was let go of my job from 2 1/2 yrs. Just today my LG G4 phone just stoppednworking! Manf. Error was not damaged at all! I am now apart of an electrical apprenticeship whoch requires to call dispatch when in field and i could not do that today. I use my phone for work and family communications when im away from home. Now i cannot be in contact with them. I cannot use my gps for different job sites. I cannot call in an emergency if at home or on the road. They said itll take 3-4 days to receive a new phone thats about 6-7 days i will be out of contact with my family at home! I believe i should be compensated somehow for being placed in this position. Its unsafe and i hope you realize that! Your customer service reps were very horrible with finding a solution. I never thought that this investment would have turned into this nightmare. I depend on this phone for many things and now im stuck with nothing!!! Please find better solutions for those who end up with faulty manufactured phones so that they dont have to go through what i am now! I cant even afford to get a flip pre paid phone (The cheapest you got in stores ) due to me being laid off 3 weeks ago 🙁 please help with somethng! i asked to speak to manager and was told they were unavailable. I asked for the managers name and they told me they cannot disclose that information. I cannot belive i am paying 125$ per month for this kind of treatment!!
