I was very excited to return to Centurylink DSL in December 2013, but my experience – Glen Post email address

Tim sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. that said:

I was very excited to return to Centurylink DSL in December 2013, but my experience has turned out very poorly. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with your product in hopes you can help remedy the situation.

Having been a customer before I had the 12 / 857 package. When I returned I was told that I could only get the 7 / 856. After asking for escalation a and reaching out to your Twitter team I was told that I could get 12 if I bonded which would have increased the cost dramatically. Today I log into the CL portal to read that I now qualify for 12 but I would have to pay substantially more than what the increased service is worth.

I am writing to let you know that you have lost a once fan on Centurylink to any other competition!
