Dear sir,
I thought your company is more committed towards quality , but what i felt now that its not true. I thought japanese are top quality management system followers. But it seems its not right sir.This is regarding a complaint and the ticket no is IC-23351-T5B2. Since im a customer of your company but i have been made like a dog to follow your service centre and customer service executive. I was not even made to speak to any managers of customer service , eventhough the solution is not reached for past 2 months . Im very much dissappointed sir by the service provided to a customer by the service station.
