Dear Sir, I would like to make a presentation to you, or your appropriate staff. My project will use approx 100 000 tonne of fly ash annually. It is to manufacture a new product for America. It is an extruded hollow core multi use building panel. This panel can be used all all types of housing. It is structural and fire proof. I have a detailed brochure that I presented to DFC. Detroit Future City. My partners, Cogent Recovery are keen to build a plant, either in Detroit or St Clair Shores. Our other technology is combining 50% biosolids and 50% fly ash to manufacture a Thermal block. This block gives a four hour fire rating @ four inches thick. A new technology to the world.
I would like the opportunity to meet with DTE to outline in full detail the above technologies. I might add this is an Australian technology. I thank you for the opportunity to address you.
