Dear Stephen, my name is Eduards, I am a mcdonald's crew member in the uk. I have great passion working for mcdonalds and yes it is physically demanding but at the end of the day the hard work pays off. I love the comapny and the food! Im proud to work for such a huge successful company. I would like to be recognized for all the hard work I put into the company and would like to be at a higher job title as I feel I have earned it. One day I do want to be successful so I can give my family a great life without the money struggles which me and my partner have experienced for a while now. Its hard to get somewhere in life and I work so hard for mcdonalds. Im just wondering if there is any way you could help me get to a better position in the company or if you could give me any advice. I would really appreciate it.
