I am writing to try an express my frustration with your Fifth 3rd Bank branch location in Smyrna TN, off Sam Ridley Blvd. I have been a Fifth 3rd Bank customer for over 10 years now, from my moved to Indianapolis IN in 2005 and mostly had good experiences in the area. I moved to the Nashville area in Lavergne TN last year 2015, close to your Smyrna location off Sam Ridley. I immediately notice a drop in service from what I was use to each time I was in the Smyrna location, IE teller and bank associates ignoring customers while waiting in line for service. My office is located off Nolensville Pike in Nashville, most of the time I will go to the Fifth 3rd bank off Nolensville Pike and Bell Road and for the most part have gotten good and friendly service there. On the week of February 15th we discover that my debit card # had been compromised/stolen and we shut the card off. I was told that I could go into a branch location and get a temporary debit card. On Friday February 19th I went to the Smyrna Fifth 3rd Bank location at 4:45PM and asked one of the ladies in the office who would I need to talk about getting a temporary debit card. I was point to the gentlemen that would help me and the young lady told him that I was waiting. I also notice that the Bank branch location appeared to have two Fifth 3rd area managers visiting at that time. After sitting several minutes I asked one of the managers if I could get waited on soon and he said that the person I was waiting on was trying to get off the phone. I waited until 5 minutes until after 5:05PM a total of about 20 minutes and left out of frustration from being ignored. I have mostly part gotten poor service every time I have gone to your Smyrna Fifth 3rd location, however this time was just too much. My wife who is on my account no longer bank at Fifth 3rd because of this Brach and she bank elsewhere.. My question to you sir, is this the type service I can expect from most of your Tennessee Fifth 3rd branch location ? If this is the case I will take all my service elsewhere.
