Michael, quick line to say your Ryanair website is truly AWFUL to use as a customer and MUCH worse than it used to be. Tust 2 on many examples, revently I have done numerous search for say a flight to Dublin for Leopradstown races 11/8, no problem generally IF you can get the site to stop selecting Bristol as your departure airport by default even when you change it to Liverpool or Manchester, it keeps going back to Bristol. You get over that hurdle, click hotels to search for hotels for the same dates, do the search and it displays the flight info again so I gieb up and go to alternative sites. Please just spend an hour one night trying these things or variations to see what I mean. Out of desperation you try the Contact us link. but that leads to the an FAQ section but no obvious way to contact Ryanair like an e-mail address. So you try the "Chat" and get a message saying "Our agents are not available at the moment or it's closed, again try it yourself one evening and see if you would accept this as a service to potential customers, I think not? On a different note, really do hope you have a great Cheltenham and Punchestown, love backing your horses aginst JP's horses, had some good wins on the Gigginstsown colours over the last few years and will be spending 3 days at Punchestown for the third year running to enjoy the craic, despite the hard work booking flights with Ryanair.
