Dear Craig,
My wife and I have bought December 4th, 2015 at Crown Honda two Hondas and traded in two of our cars. After two month, the cars were not paid-off from Crown Honda. I had received complaints from my financing companies that I have missed payments. It was almost impossible to contact somebody at Crown Honda. Finally they paid off one car but the 2nd one is still not paid off and Kia (financial company) is calling me almost daily and request that I make my late payments. Still after almost 3 months.
I have tried to call the General Manager at Crown Honda several times, left voicemails but nothing. Not even a call back, even though on the website you can read that if something is wrong, you should call the General Manager. That is a bad joke and frankly I would fire him.
Not paying off a car after 3 month is a big loss for you because you will not have the paperwork and cannot sell the car. My credit score gets dinged because I am late.
Please let me know what you want to do and how you want to compensate me for the problems. I am very disappointed especially that nobody is contacting me.
I am a business person, too and I know that customer service and prompt responses are key to success and for customer satisfaction.
