Dear Mr. Schulman,
Here is my problem in a nutshell - I sent my payment in, it got processed one day past the due date - now YOUR company will not refund the $25 late fee. This same thing has happened to me in the past and that is why they refuse to refund my money. HOWEVER according to my bank my money DID get to you in time!!!
At this time I view this as a way to get extra money from me! I wold appreciate a response to this email, I am and EXCELLENT customer and I would hate to have to close my account...
