Congrats on re-building JcPenny.. I want to make a huge suggestion, please get electric scooters in the stores.. wheelchairs do not work... I am disabled and can not push myself in a wheelchair. My mother loves Jcpenny's but when you get older and have back problems, arthritic, ect. it is impossible to walk the store. You can not expect elderly folks to do so, they stop shopping at the stores that don't offer electric scooters.. look at Walmart or target and even grocery stores all offer scooters and you see elderly and disabled using them to get around.. Allot more elderly love going to church and the men dress in suit attire, not jeans. They would rather go into penny's than Walmart. I hate Walmart, I love penny's but being disabled I can not push myself in your wheel chairs you only offer. Please get some scooters in each of your stores. Thank you, Cherie'
