We heard that SC Johnson Son Inc. is consolidating its distributorship franchises all over the Philippines on a regional basis. Much as we would like to be considered as possible a franchisee for the areas covered by Region II (Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela and Cagayan) we may not be able to meet the investment requirements, both financial and manpower resources, In this regard, we are constrained to relinquish our distributorship of SC Johnson Son products effective immediately. It has been a very difficult stand on our part to arrive at our final decision but we have considered more important matters and concerns that we believe have great impact on the viability of the new arrangement.
We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the honor and privilege to be a part of the growth of the then Bayer Philippines, now SC Johnson Son, Inc. for more than two (2) decades. However, due to some inevitable changes and transitions in our business strategies, the new challenges that we may be facing under the new engagement are so enormous that we may not be able to sustain meeting them.
Indeed, our company is forever grateful for having SC Johnson Son, Inc. as one of our principals in our business. We shall be having our stocks and records prepared for the final reconciliation. May we therefore request that all our claims, if any and accountabilities with SC Johnson be processed as soon as possible.
