Laura, I bought an upholstered , chesterfield king size bed back in October- expected delivery December, then January then ....??? who knows- certainly none of your staff (lovely as they are)
I had the base and mattress specially ordered (with help from a lovely woman at Harvey Norman-she had several Pottery Barn customers needing the same assistance)
Now all I need is the bed-even if I knew when it may arrive. Can you please help me. I purchased from the Chatswood Chase store and my contact there is Alex Woods- who by the way is trying her best but I never here back by email or phone- I paid the full amount back in October.
