I am having issues with you billing department. They are charging my credit card for internet radio that I cacelled a year or more ago. your call center in the Philippines tried to tell me that they would not refund me the full amount of 54.67 that they put on my card without my permission. They admitted to me that they show where I canceled it but tried to say I canceled my car. I have service on my car and have since I bought not to mention I also have a life time service on my home unit. Using overseas people causes more issues than help. I want the refund for internet service refunded back to my credit and I do not want your company charging my credit card without my permission. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss. I love sirius radio but
