Hello my name is David, I have been a customer with GameStop for a very long time, both online and in store. But a recent purchase and return of said purchase and the way customer support handled said return has me wanting to stop all further business with GameStop. I had recently purchased a power supply unit for Xbox 1, as I am a gamer and can't wait to play my Xbox I ordered the next day shipping on said item. But when I received my item the product was non functional and would not power on my Xbox one. After a hour wait on hold trying to talk to a customer care specialist I finally spoke to one and we had came to an agreement he told me to print out the return label return the item the next day and that same day he would ship a new psu so I could revive it on Thursday (3-3-16) all of this was on a Tuesday 3-1-16. So I did my part shipped out said item to be returned ,But I called to ask about the new power supply unit and they told me no it hasn't been shipped out it won't be shipped out until it returns, which will be in a week the I gotta wait two days for my item I believe that is unfair and that was not the deal we came up with for this reason I will be taking my business else where my family and friends business else where and will be writing a disappointing review online and making sure everyone knows of my problem and how it was handled, it's not that I gotta wait for the item it's I was purposely lied to by your employee to get me off the phone he even tried to sweeten the lie by telling me what time the item would be picked up (1 o'clock because ups picks up at the online store at 1) and I would receive my tracking number then... I completely feel used and like a fool and you will no longer receive my business if this isn't fixed immediately, I would like a new shipment today or tomorrow with Saturday delivery (I know this is possible I work in a shipping department and ship all my orders ups rather red,blue or orange) I want this solved so I can continue business with you if not I will take it elsewhere
