William sent a message to Michael O'Leary CEO, Ryanair Email Address that said:
I have changed a flight for family reasons (to visit amy surrogate mother who is in a bad way in UK). I live and owrk in Italy. I have been charged a further¬266 to make this change and now I CANNOT CANCEL it as matters have changed yet again for me. Your website makes it impossible to do so and I feel it is all a cynical ploy to simply pile on added bills to people who are actually most vulnerable. You should be deeply ashamed. I am sure there is a law against this kind of thing - stopping people from changing their plans well ahead of the original flight they agreed and paid for. Dont smile in your photos for me Mr O'Leary.
