Good day sir.
I brought a Sony LCD colour TV Model No. KLV-32bX300, 110-240vac, 50/60hZ, 109w, sERIAL nO. 12554626 from Abudhabi. I am from Alappuza, Kerala State, India. My TV become dead 5 months before, on that day onward I contact your authorized service station here in India and on 7/1/2016 your service technician came here, checked the TV and told me that the screen is damaged. I paid the advance amount (5000 INR) in as per their advice to bring the new scree, they charged INR 10800.00 but after a couple of weeks they informed that the screen is not available in SONY company so they are ready to give a new TV with 25% discount. But I don't want any exchange like this and I want to get my TV to be repaired. So I am kindly requesting you to do the needful to get my TV to be repaired.
