This is to bring to your notice that I VIKUL CHAUDHARY would like to cancel / or transfer my booking for KWID RXT(O) which was booked on 7th Dec 2015 at NCR MOTOR INDIA PVT. LTD. 81 adchini, Sri Aurobindo Marg, New Delhi-110017.
With very heavily heartedly i would like to point down the reasons for my cancellation -
1) Firstly my car was booked in the month of dec, and the prices were kicked in the month of january and i did not receive any kind of information from your companys outlet (NCR MOTARS INDIA PVT.LTD)
2) when i visited the store on february 20th 2016 the GM Mr. GIRISH KAKKAR offered me by saying if " YOU PUT ACCESSORIES FROM US THEN I CAN ARRANGE YOUR CAR IN 2 DAYS"
So, i would like you people to answer me that if there is availability of the stock with you then even after 2months why do i have to wait for the delivery of my car and illegally beg them to tell me the details clearly.
3) When i had a conversation with AGM Mr. NITTIN , after that one of the salesman name Mr. GURPREET SINGH replied to me in a very misbehaving and rudely way saying " I CANT INFORM ALL THE CUSTOMERS"
Please tell me is this the way you treat and talk to your customer who has been very politely waiting since 2months.
4) And after all this matter i discussed this matter with GM Mr.GIRISH KAKKAR he just replied very proudly " SIR PLEASE GO AHEAD YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR CAR AND WE WILL NOT CHARGE ANY CANCELLATION FEE" and he went from the office
And as far as my knowledge is concerned it is the responsibility of your company to intimate me about the hike of the amount and not the customer running behind the unconcerning employees of the showroom.
Kindly look after the matter and please please please inform me what should i do.
I don't want to visit the outlet because i felt insulted.
