Mr. Mansell, I have been a Kohls customer since day one. I recently missed a credit card payment with a balance of $163. I received an email regarding the missed payment along with 20 phone calls over several days. The point of the calls was to elicit payment info. I paid my bill in full last week and will not return to Kohls in the future. As a long time valued customer, I feel Kohls "phone call" harassment policy needs to be evaluated.
